We do not share the information you give us to any outside companies. It is used only in our office to process your order and give you the best possible service.

 

RETURN POLICY...

Details on Returns Policy
You may return items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment. If returning a package, all forms/certificates must be returned as a complete package. If you are returning an item that was purchased with a coupon, you will be credited only for the amount you paid (that is, the price of the item, less the coupon value). Proof of Purchase (P.O.P.) is required for a refund to be issued. If payment was made with a credit card, the original credit card receipt and P.O.P. are required.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

Returns by Mail

To return an item by mail, please send a letter with your shopping number, name, address, phone number and reason for the return along with your P.O.P., credit card receipt and original certificates to:

Faxes and e-mails are NOT an acceptable form of a refund request.

Returns to WELE Radio

You may return your item at WELE Radio. Just be sure to bring your P.O.P., credit card receipt and original certificates. Return your items before 30 days of purchase date and you will receive a refund in the original form of payment within 4-6 weeks.

If you are not able to meet our returns guidelines

You may use your items purchased from the Premier Travel Show.
You may give the items as gifts (most items are fully transferable).
You may sell your items in our "For Sale" notebook to other WELE listeners (most items are fully transferable).
