This certificate is valid for a reservation form offering a certificate for a round of golf (cart not included) at your choice of participating golf courses, full-day lift pass at a local ski resort or spa treatment at a participating spaGolf course and spa preference, date and tee/appointment times must be submitted 30 days in advance. And are subject to availability. One certificate accepted per group. Offer valid Monday through Thursday.
Part II: Vacation Getaway with $30.00 Dinner Certificate
This certificate is valid for a reservation form offering 2 adults (18 years of age or older) a three day and two night stay at a Ramada Inn, Hampton Inn, Radisson or Sheraton and $30 in Dinner Rewards at a Darden restaurant and a $30 gas rebate. Your only cost upon requesting reservations is $75.00 refundable deposit plus transportation, taxes, surcharges or government fees. Reservations must be taken within one year of redeeming this certificate. All reservations require a minimum of 60 days advance notice,. Peak season, special events, weekends or holidays, when available, are subject to a surcharge. This offer is also not valid for group travel. You do not have to specify your travel dates at time of redeeming this certificate. After redeeming the certificate, you will be sent the reservation form from the fulfilling travel agency who will book your accommodations. The reservation form will be sent to the address you specify when redeeming the certificate. The reservation form will also have the contact information to the travel agency so you can contact them directly to make your reservations. In most cases, you will be required to give the travel agency multiple dates Just in case your first travel dates are not available. All reservations are subject to availability.
