Make checks and money orders payable to Premier Vacations and mail completed form to: 432 S. Nova Rd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174. You may also fax it back to us at (386) 677-4123. For even faster service, starting in January of 2008, you can redeem your certificate online at www.WELETravelShow.com. You will receive your reservation form within 21 business days of redeeming the certificate. You must redeem this certificate by the date located on the form to the left. Once you redeem this certificate, you will have 12 months to use.
