RENTAL CAR
This certificate is valid for a reservation form offering an adults (21 years of age or older) an economy car rental for one week. The cost to redeem this certificate to receive your reservation form is just a $20.00 non-refundable redemption fee. Your only cost upon requesting reservations is a $75.00 refundable deposit plus a processing fee, transportation to and from rental location, taxes, gas, vehicle license recovery fee, surcharge/tire fee, 10% concession recovery or insurance plans. Reservations must be taken within one year of redeeming this certificate. All reservations require a minimum of 60 days advance notice. Peak season, special events, weekends or holidays, when available, are subject to a surcharge. This offer is also not valid for group travel. You do not have to specify your travel dates at time of redeeming this certificate. After redeeming the certificate, you will be sent the reservation form from the fulfilling travel agency who will book your rental. The reservation form will be sent to the address you specify when redeeming the certificate. The reservation form will also have the contact information to the travel agency so you can contact them directly to make your reservations. In most cases, you will be required to give the travel agency multiple dates Just in case your first travel dates are not available. All reservations are subject to availability. .
HOW TO REDEEM THIS CERTIFICATE:
Simply complete the form to the left and enclose non-refundable payment of $20.00 by credit card, check or money order. Make checks and money orders payable to Premier Vacations and mail completed form to: 432 S. Nova Rd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174. You may also fax it back to us at (386) 677-4123. For even faster service, starting in January of 2008, you can redeem your certificate online at www.WELETravelShow.com. You will receive your reservation form within 21 business days of redeeming the certificate. You must redeem this certificate by the date located on the form to the left. Once you redeem this certificate, you will have 12 months to travel.
