Details on Certificates Policy

*Certificates will not be replaced. Safeguard all purchased items as cash.
*Certificates must be used before the expiration date-no extensions.
*Altercation or forgery of WELE gift certificates is fraudulent, resulting in the revocation of shopping show privileges and forfeiture of any shopping show credits.
*Shoppers must check purchases before leaving the station. No adjustments or exchanges will be made once purchases leave the building.
*WELE is not responsible for certificates sold through other shoppers. Shoppers must come to the station to see what is for sale and/or to sell certificates in the front office.
*Shoppers are responsible for any additional fees, taxes, etc. that are announced on air and/or stated on the certificate.
