Details on on Membership Policy
Membership is required to participate in The Premier Travel Show on WELE Radio. The membership fee is (non-refundable) $24.00 per year. Payment of shoppers’ membership fee is REQUIRED before purchases can be made on The Premier Travel Show. These Membership Terms & Conditions provide the means for continued quality relations between WELE, its promotional partners, and its shoppers.
Conduct Dealing with Hotels:
1) The majority of WELE partner hotels do not require any additional fees. However, some do. If a fee is required, members will politely pay any required charges; required fees including state or local taxes, parking fees, and/or surcharges of any kind. If a shopper has a concern with any required charges, they agree to enjoy their stay and submit a written complaint to WELE upon their return.
2) Some of WELE partner hotels have vacation clubs, timeshares, or advertisement meetings involved as part of the deeply discounted stay. If this is the case, shoppers agree to attend said meetings in a polite and respectful manner. WELE makes every effort to let shoppers know if this is part of a package on air prior to purchase. However, some hotels change policies during the length of their contract with WELE.
3) All WELE stays are booked on an SPACE AVAIABLE BASIS. If the space is not available during original dates chosen, shoppers agree to politely give new dates to the WELE reservation staff.
Conduct dealing with airlines:
1) The majority of WELE airlines’ airport fees/taxes are NOT included. Shoppers agree to this understanding and will pay any required charges upon purchase.
2) When departing from the Bahamian Islands, airport departure fees must be paid in CASH ONLY prior to departure.
Conduct dealing with attractions or tickets:
1) Attraction tickets cannot be resold by shoppers.
2) Attraction tickets can be given as gifts.
Conduct dealing with WELE staff:
1) Shoppers agree to treat staff members with courtesy and respect.
2) Staff members will be happy to take as long as needed to deal with shoppers’ concern as long as shoppers conduct themselves in a business like manner.
3) If shoppers have a problem concerning a staff member’s service they may submit it in writing to management.
Conduct Dealing with On-Air Host:
Shoppers agree to conduct themselves in a positive manner and refrain from discussing problems of any kind on air. WELE’s front office staff will gladly help shoppers with whatever they need.
Transferability of Gift Certificates:
WELE travel vouchers are transferable. However, shoppers must make the person using the voucher aware of all these terms and conditions. When a certificate is used by another party, they are representing the shopping show member. Their conduct will reflect directly on said member.
Procedures for submitting concerns, problems, or complaints:
1) Send an email to weleoffice@aol.com. A response will be received within 5 business days.
2) Send a letter to 432 S Nova Rd Ormond Beach FL 32174. A response will be received within one business week.
WELE goods and services may not be sold via the internet, newspaper ads, or any other publication.
Failure to abide by these terms and conditions for any reason will result in shopping show privileges being revoked as well as any vacation certificates, gift certificates, and/or credits of any kind being voided effective immediately.
