Details on Reservations Policy

Please make sure to keep your reservation request form in a safe place. You will need this form to make your reservation. WELE will not be able to replace any lost, damaged, or misplaced reservation request forms.

Hotel and Airline Reservation Process:
1) Submit a completed reservation request form at least 7 days (hotel) or 30 days (transportation) prior to dates requested, unless otherwise stated. Any request with less than required notice will be charged a $20.00 fee once confirmed. WELE asks that shoppers include alternate dates in addition to first choice dates in order to speed up the process.
2) WELE submits request dates to hotel or transportation contact via fax or e-mail, proven as the fastest means of communicating with busy reservation offices of popular stays.
3) As soon as WELE receives word from requested stay on its availability for dates requested, the shopper is contacted.
4) If stay is not confirmed, alternate dates are requested of the shopper.
5) If stay IS confirmed, confirmation certificate is received by shopper (providing original reservation request form has been turned in to WELE and non-refundable processing fee of $9.00 or more has been paid). Confirmation certificates can be mailed to shoppers for a $1 non-refundable charge.

Redemption Form Process:
1) Submit a completed redemption form within the time frame stated. Be sure to include the non-refundable redemption payment by check, money order or credit card.
2) As soon as WELE has your voucher ready, it will be mailed to the address on the redemption form.
3) Follow instructions carefully on the voucher to begin the booking process.

WELE takes great care to keep shoppers as updated as possible on their reservation requests. Because of this, WELE asks that shoppers patiently wait to hear from our reservation staff before inundating them with unnecessary phone calls or messages. Every request is important to us and will be handled with utmost diligence.
